Delivery arrangements on Plantalove may vary by seller, product, location and transaction. Plantalove is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers and does not necessarily provide or control transportation for every transaction.
Before purchase, confirm who will arrange delivery, the delivery method, delivery charge, expected dispatch and delivery timeframe, packaging, and what happens if the item is delayed, damaged or arrives in poor condition.
Plants are living products: transportation time, weather, handling and packaging can affect plant condition. Where practical, choose a nearby seller and a delivery method appropriate for live plants.
Sellers should package products responsibly and disclose material limitations or risks that may affect delivery. Buyers should provide an accurate delivery address and remain available to receive the shipment.
Delivery delays or damage: Contact the seller promptly and document the condition of the package and product with photographs. Any refund, replacement or compensation should be resolved according to the terms agreed between the buyer and seller, subject to applicable law.
Pottery and fragile items: Buyers and sellers should agree in advance on protective packaging and responsibility for transit damage.
