User responsibility: Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, the legality of their listings and transactions, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Listings: Sellers must provide truthful descriptions, accurate prices, availability and appropriate photographs. Plantalove may remove, restrict or disable listings or accounts that violate platform rules or applicable law.

Transactions: Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing on product specifications, quantity, price, payment, delivery/pickup, timelines, returns and other transaction terms. Plantalove does not guarantee that every listing, seller or product will meet a user's expectations.

Product condition: Buyers should review listing information and ask questions before purchase. Sellers should disclose known material defects, limitations or relevant conditions.

Prohibited conduct: Users must not use Plantalove for fraud, impersonation, misleading listings, unlawful goods, abusive or threatening conduct, spam, unauthorized access, harassment, or activities that violate applicable law.

Account security: Users must keep login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity performed through their account, subject to applicable law.

Content and intellectual property: Users should upload only content they have the right to use. Plantalove may moderate or remove content that infringes rights, violates law or breaches platform rules.

Limitation of responsibility: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Plantalove is not responsible for losses arising solely from agreements, payments, delivery, product quality or disputes between users. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
